Auto Refresh reloads any browser tab on a timer.

What it does:
Open the popup on the tab you want to refresh. Pick a preset (30s, 1m, 5m, 15m, 30m) or set your own seconds. Hit Start. The toolbar badge shows the interval so you always know refresh is still running.

Features:
- Per-tab timer. Each tab refreshes on its own schedule.
- Preset intervals from 30 seconds to 30 minutes, plus a custom seconds box up to 6 hours.
- Live badge shows the active interval on every refreshing tab.
- Countdown to the next reload in the popup.
- Survives tab sleep and discard. If the browser puts a tab to sleep and you come back, refresh re-arms on its own.
- Auto-cleanup. Close the tab and its alarm goes with it.
