and it is not perfect at filling in userids and password on all sites .. and it conflicts with PW fill in from FF sometimes.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Mark, 2 years agoAutofill does NOT work. Whole reason I have this extension is for that but does not work. Have to manually go in and copy/paste. Been broken too for a long time so idk if Nord is going to bother fixing it.

posted 2 years agoHey Mark, I'm Dominik and I work as Product Manager at NordPass. We are crafting plan to massively fix issues with autofill at once for repetitive errors through machine learning techniques, but at the same time we're still investigating errors website by website.
Please let me know on which sites do you face the problem most often. Also, please ensure that you have given NordPass a permission to automatically fill the data by right clicking on the extension logotype in the Firefox browser and selecting "Manage extension" from the dropdown list.
On the other hand, directly in the NordPass application settings (not settings of Firefox store) that are hidden under the gear icon you can find section for Autofill & Autosave functionalities. Please double check how they are set - if you haven't blocked autofill for certain websites and if instant login option is turned on to make your experience way, way more comfortable.
