Readerbear Importer is an add-on for importing language learning content from your current browser tab into Readerbear.

When you choose to import a page, video, or show, the add-on may collect the following data from the active tab:
- Page title
- Page URL
- Author or site name, when available
- Readable page text
- YouTube transcript text, when available
- Netflix subtitle or transcript text, when available
- Page thumbnail image, when available

This information is used only to create imported content in your Readerbear account. Imported content is sent to Readerbear so it can be saved to your personal learning library and processed by Readerbear's language learning features.

The add-on does not collect browsing history in the background. It only checks or extracts content from the active tab when you open the add-on popup or choose to import content. The add-on does not sell your data, use advertising trackers, or share imported content for advertising purposes.

The add-on may temporarily hold import data while opening the Readerbear import page. After the import data is sent to the Readerbear webapp, the temporary add-on copy is cleared.
