There are no Russian servers in the free version. It is impossible to pay for anything in Russia from abroad. Inside Russia, many services block foreign IP addresses.
After the firefox update, the SetupVPN I was using was unable to connect to the route, before that it was all fine. I'm not really sure where the problem is
везде пишется, что это бесплатный впн, но по факту он требует деньги спустя какое-то время после использования, или приходится ждать сутки или больше для продолжения использования. нигде этого не написано
