Workflow01 is a lightweight single-window workspace manager for Firefox.

Instead of spreading different projects across multiple browser windows, Workflow01 lets you organize tabs into named workspaces and switch between them inside the same Firefox window. When you switch workspaces, your current tabs are saved and replaced with the tabs from the selected workspace.

It is built for people who context-switch often: work projects, research, admin consoles, documentation, dashboards, school, personal browsing, shopping, or anything else that turns into tab chaos.

How it works:

• Click the Workflow01 toolbar button or use Ctrl+Shift+Y / Cmd+Shift+Y.
• Click the + button to create a workspace.
• Open tabs normally while working.
• Workflow01 saves workspace tabs automatically as tabs are opened, closed, or changed.
• Click another workspace to switch context in the same window.
• Export your workspaces as JSON for backup.
• Import a previous JSON backup when needed.

Privacy:

Workflow01 stores workspace data locally in Firefox extension storage. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your browsing data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no accounts, and no external service calls.

Permissions:

• Access browser tabs — required to read and restore tab URLs for workspace saving and switching.
• Storage — required to save workspace data locally on your device.
