About this extension
YouTube Script Controls is a Firefox extension that adds a clean, YouTube-style “Script” button to normal YouTube videos and YouTube Shorts. It lets you create simple video-control scripts without using complicated code. You can pause, resume, loop, unloop, mute, unmute, change volume, change speed, skip forward, go backward, restart the video, wait for a set amount of time, and trigger actions when certain video events happen. The extension includes a block/lego-style editor, so commands can be dragged into place instead of typed manually. It also includes helpful keyword descriptions, script checking, import and export options, and an enable/disable toggle. Saved scripts stay available across videos.
