Edit: The last few weeks (2024) YT added another block in the path of all download apps. Also this one has been affected. I am confident a solution will provided soon. No reason to sh*t on the extension: it is YT being difficult.

Edit2: And as expected: this hurdle was taken and the plugin downloads HD content again!! Great work!!

Edit3: To all the "this is a scam" reviewers: it is NOT. Does YT break it often? Sure! Does it get resolved? YES. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is the only downloader which has worked for me over the last few years.
